1. Material & Natural Features

Most bracelets in our store are made of natural stone and wood. Natural raw materials have unique textures, minor natural marks and pattern differences. Each bracelet is one-of-a-kind, and such natural features are not regarded as product defects. Main material of each item is listed on product page. Please make your purchase carefully if you have material allergies.

2. Size & Color Difference

All sizes are manually measured. A small error of 1–3mm is normal and not a defect. All product photos are taken from real items. However, due to different screen settings on phones and computers, slight color difference between the actual product and website image may exist. We try our best to show true colors, but 100% color match cannot be guaranteed.

3. Usage & Care Guide

  1. Keep your jewelry away from sweat, perfume, cosmetics, soap and cleaning chemicals, which may cause discoloration or corrosion.
  2. Please take off bracelets during shower, swimming or intense exercise to avoid water damage and impact breakage.
  3. Store your bracelets in sealed bags or jewelry boxes when not wearing, to reduce dust and oxidation and extend service life.
